Description
eDeclaration is a program that forces users to read and accept computer facility usage policy from time to time.
The declaration will be displayed just after the computer starts every time after a specified period passes.
The policy details are specified in a html document, and the file name can be specified
in the section DeclarationDocument of the eDeclaration.ini.
